People often have many sides to them, and what I've shown is just one of many of mine. I really love the style and the lifestyle of the early 1900's in Paris. The contemporary art scene was developing in ways it never had before, with photographers like Brassai. This is what I wanted to capture. I've also never been that comfortable with my body. I just haven't been exposed to situations where being nude in front of others was a normal thing, so I'm a lot more confident about that now...it just doesn't seem to be so much of a taboo to me anymore. To me, ISM is one of my secrets. Not a dirty one though, just not something I'm going to tell everyone about. I don't want fame for it - that's not the reason I did it. But if anyone has anything nice to say, I certainly don't mind!
